Professional prompt service. As a first timer selling a property it was reassuring that so many of the associated tasks were dealt with by the team. My only constructive feedback is that the portal wasn’t as reliable as others I have used and electronic responses could be hit and miss. I ended up scanning and sending the documents manually. I seem to have been bombarded by text messages and emails dealing with issues individually rather than one email detailing the issues. I also didn’t like the client portal as that seemed to double up the contacts. I did ask for it to be stopped but that didn’t happen. It was a bit confusing starting with Courtney Boyle and switching to Sharni Kaschel without explanation.
