The staff were always very pleasant to deal with, to the point I felt they thought we had never dealt with conveyancers before and were 'clueless'. The end result was as expected, but over all i was very frustrated with the process and felt there could have been more transparency and communication, compared with my vast past experiences.

I found it very difficult trying to navigate the directions with a machine . I would be much happier speaking to an actual person or filling out a form It’s an age thing.
