Another 3 year contract awarded to SSKB Grove On Grand at Forest Lake in Brisbane is now 11 years old.Having had SSKB as our Strata Managers for all of that time has proven to be our biggest Investment. We have agreed to extend a further 3 year contract till 2022. SSKB Professional We have been in our unit for over a year, and SSKB ( Cassie)is our strata manager. I am on the committee and regularly liaise with SSKB. Great Manager - Tania Stewart Being a building manager, there's nothing more important to have a switched-on body corporate manager on the team. Tania is one of the most switched-on body corporate manager I have worked with. She not just follow up with the works pending, but also will follow through with all the standards and procedures. I do not need to worry if she has forgotten about certain things as she is always getting back to me on the issues I brought up.
