Ongoing High Performance SSKB are a leading provider in a competitive industry. As such, they set their own standards and are continually looking to improve their services. As an owner in a building serviced by SSKB for many many years, I have never had any concerns with their performance, including advice and distribution of information. My dealings have been with Charlotte and Monique. Any questions for myself are always handled in a professional manner. I can not fault the services of SSKB.

Customer Service When dealing with the various departments of SSKB I have had excellent service. The officers have been been efficient, polite and very patient, especially when I have required more thorough explanation. My calls have been answered promptly, with redirection of calls effected immediately. Should the officer with whom I wish to speak be unavailable, messages are relayed and call back has been made at a time convenient to me. So thanks to the Switchboard, Accounts and especially to our Community Manager.
SSKB Mooroochydore I have been Chair Manager of one of Sunshine Coasts larger building Body Corporate's (119 units) for 11 years. During this time SSKB SSC office has been our Strata Managers. Manager J and his team have been exceptional in attending to our many and sometimes complicated issues and needs. We have trained each other to be the best in the business.
