At SOUMAH we are inspired by Italian life and specialize in northern Italian wine and food. From a winemaking perspective, we believe our terroir is similar to northern Italy, with short, dry, hot summers and cool nights throughout. Even the fog that descends upon the Valley in late summer is reminiscent of those lands. Today provided me with a totally unique experience, I’m not sure I’ll ever forget it. To have lunch and actually feel like I’ve put on no weight is always a good thing for me, particularly when I’m the size of a small planet.
