Homeowners, be aware and stay away from this business at all costs, or you risk losing thousands of dollars like I did. I have reported the matter to the regulator and am pursuing it further with Fair Trading and other legal avenues. This is a business that signs a contract with you and does not honour the same contract they have signed with you. How can you trust a business like that? So save yourself and not even consider these guys or else risk where I ended up with
If you’re considering solar to save money, do not use this company. Our system has been faulty from installation. The battery does not function as advertised and appears to be charging from the grid. We have seen no reduction in our bills and are now paying over $200 a week in electricity. We have had three separate street fuse failures, with Energex advising the battery is the cause and that this should not be happening. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of aftercare. It was a seamless support right from inquiry to deployment. Akash was amazing explaining the technology and also helping me assess my battery needs. He worked patiently with me to build the right battery level at my place.
