Installation went well on time but unfortunately the person installing the battery didn’t explain anything to me at all when I asked him about the app he told me that I would get an email regarding it. I still then had to chase up on the app when tried to install this I had so much trouble when I rang about it I was told that I would be getting contacted but still waiting to hear from them

Once installation was completed this company doesn’t want to have anything to do with their customers. I had to repeatedly call to finally get a technician to come and fix poor installation settings.I am still not convinced that my system is working correctly, that means more of my time wasted to get service.
Had a pretty bad experience in the installation process but finally got sorted out. But now after being installed over two months ago I get a bill that is nearly $300 up from my last bill & that is with the new battery set up for the last month of it. You think a professional would have a follow up call about any problems like this 1. The system is set up totally wrong, at times it’s feeding from the battery back to the grid? Installer arrived on the day, said they would come back, and never did. eventually another installer arrived a week later to complete the job. The lady who calls after fitment, to collect the money, was extremely rude to me.
