We are extremely disappointed in the service provided by this company. Would not recommend at all. While installing, damage to the roof was done and we were not informed. As a result when heavy rainfall occurred this caused internal damage to the ceilings. It cost an extra $900 to fix the roof, and unfortunately we have yet to have the money to fix the internal damage but no doubt it will be around the same price. It has taken them 5 weeks to come back to me after numerous calls and emails to just say oh no we couldn’t do it because……… The lack of communication from this mob would NEVER use or recommend
Still waiting for you to rectify the fault on my system some 19 days after being reported! Solar continues to feed house even when the inverter safety switch has tripped! Customer service is awful, calls not returned, basically once they have your $$$ that’s where it ends!
DO NOT BUY from these guys, absolute joke of a product and service. Been trying to get in touch with them for the last 2 months regarding faulty work and they have nothing but dodge any responsibility.
extremely poor customer service, unable to get hold of people, either no one answers phones even after 9am, or they are in meetings and don't get back to you. 3 times had bookings for my panels to be removed following storm damage, 3 times no show. I'm absolutely disgusted by this company.. would never recommend them.
I had solar harbour install solar panels on my roof in November 2020. They have now been connected and have started working as of October 2021. It isn’t entirely solar harbours fault; there were defects from electricians and issues with needing meter box moved and then upgraded. I do think solar harbour should’ve done more pre-inspection before signing me up. Also surely the electricians they send should know the current requirements for meter boxes and placement of doors/types of attachments and screws allowed. I am very ... read more

DO NOT USE- Very disappointed with this product!!! Absolute scam. We had our panels installed in December 2020. The installers were horribly messy leaving purple zip ties and plastic all over our lawn. Cheap product and now we received our first energy bill and our usage with our energy company is the same as what it was last year without any solar panels. I have emailed and called this company numerous times to rectify the issue and nothing has been done. Absolutely furious!!!!!
DO NOT USE!!! Solar installed dec 2020. Electrician work considered unsafe and required rectification. Another inspection today, same electrician, work is still UNSAFE. Solar Harbour not rectifying issue.
