We were very impressed the way they worked on our roof putting up the solar panels. They kept us informed what they were doing and cleaned around once they were finished.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the system and installation requirement. The installers were excellent-very efficient and proficient. The receptionist was also very helpful and efficient in processing our payment. We are very happy and looking forward to little or no energy bills from now on.

It went well and the installation was professionally done. The only setback was that at the end in trying to set up with the app on my phone, the process could not be completed as the Dongle was not working. They placed an order for a new one so as soon as that arrives, I can connect my phone to the system. Apart from this everything is working fine. Thank you very much

No high pressure sales techniques. Just careful explanation and design of the system. Once my deposit was paid the system was installed within a week. All done on one day by a qualified electrician who took time to explain the details to me. The new 6kwh system is working well. All in all a good experience. Thanks to the team.

Solar Harbour were recommended to me by a family member. The consultation was conducted by "Bill" from the Brisbane office. He explained the process to us and did not try to sell us any more than we needed. He looked at our average daily usage, noting that most of the usage is in the evening.
