Recently some plumbing works at my house, David who is knowledgeable attended and explained the issue. The receptionist and other team displayed professional and positive attitude; coming on time; communicating about their arrival time and honouring the request. Both David and Kameron showed care and professionalism and the landscaping staff was polite and nice and I am very happy with the customer service of Silver Water Plumbing and would recommended their service.

Business response:

Excellent service from start to finish. They called back after I left a message in their website to book the appointment. The plumber called when he was around 30 minutes away, and he arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix it quickly. Their rates are about on par with other companies but still a little high. Will recommend to others.

Hassan did a great job replacing one of the water pipings that burst. Took me through what was needed and educated me about my water systems and pipings. Got the job professionally and properly. Would recommending hiring Hassan for all big and small jobs.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Silverwater Pluming team for your fantastic services and tremendous effort in solving my blocked drains which turned out to be a much bigger problem than expected. Without your professional services & diligence, we wouldn't have been able to meet our very tight timeline. Excellent services !!!! Special thanks to Josh, Mat & Burhan for their dedications, quality work , friendly advise and explanation they put in my emergency situation. Really appreciated.

The tradesman who came was good. However, the company are very overpriced. I was advised of call out fee when I rang but not told hourly rate for a Saturday was also higher. Very much actually. Invoice did not not show breakdown either.

Business response:

Hey Jenny, we are glad to hear that you were happy with the service provided by Mario last Saturday afternoon in fixing your flooding toilet. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the price, however it is expensive for us to send a technician out on a Saturday afternoon. At Silver Water plumbing we work on fixed upfront pricing and charge all our customers the same price for the same job, except for the additional weekend call out fee's.
