WOW !!! We needed to sell quickly , for a great price and with someone we could trust. Melinda Seeto came to our rescue and 5 stars is still not enough for the gratitude we owe Melinda for her professionalism, knowledge of the market and guidance on how to achieve our goals. Thank you Melinda and David for an outstanding result between Covid19 and a looming recession.
Melinda has been the best agent to deal with. Being first home buyer we were so overwhelmed with how everything worked and what to do. Melinda took us through the whole journey with kindness and complete transparency. She was honest with us on everything and even the final inspection she was our biggest advocate. Cannot recommend her enough!
Melinda was an excellent agent throughout the whole sales process. Best agent my family and I have dealt with for sale of our properties. She has a great knowledge of the market, excellent service and a great personality. Highly recommended by a delighted customer.
Sold in 4 weeks
A huge Thank you to Melinda, David and the Team at Seeto Real Estate. Our property was sold in 1 week and still achieved our sale goals as well as getting the street record for 2019. We highly recommend using Melinda and her team as the experience we had was outstanding. From the first meeting, to the styling of our property, to the sale, everything ran smoothly and if there was ever any questions or concerns Melinda was accessible at all hours. We thank you again
