Melinda was very professional and trustworthy. She sold us a very good property in homebush. I recommend to see her if your in the market for a property or selling.
Good to do business with. She is very busy and sometimes the service not good however she will respond.
Melinda was fantastic to work with. She secured a quick sale and exceeded our expectation with the sale price. She was very thorough and had a wonderful knowledge of the market and our local area. We would definitely recommend Melinda.
Melinda certainly lives up to her name as the #1 agent in the area. From the moment she was approached by us, she’s shown nothing but professionalism and enthusiasm. Melinda is also a great communicator, which has made the selling process as easy as possible for us. Her and her team have achieved good result for us, albeit we are in the middle of a pandemic.
Melinda is the most professional, honest & friendly agent I’ve dealt with. This is coming from a person who’s been an investor since 1994. The advertising campaign was second to none: Social media, staging, brochures, pictures, etc. Melinda was able to achieve a very good result which was above my price expectation.
Melinda made the whole process a breeze, her dedicated and knowledge about the area are paramount. Would highly recommed her for both sales and rental
Melinda really knows the market and is a pleasure to deal with.
Great independent Real Estate Agent with deep knowledge of the market. I have lived in Homebush West for around 10 years and consistently saw Seeto Real Estate signs in the neighbourhood. A lot of these signs displayed a block or street record. Seeto Real Estate also specialise in the Homebush and Strathfield areas. When I recently moved interstate Seeto was one of the 3 agents I spoke to. Of the 3, Seeto was the one that was most impressive due to their confidence, track record and most
A huge thanks to Melinda and the Team at Seeto Real Estate for selling our property within 3 week. Melinda has wealth of experience in the property market. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local area is second to none. As a first time seller, she has been very professional in guiding us through what would have been an anxious time. She was open, honest and very understanding throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Melinda as a real estate agent to others.
