Melinda's professionalism and knowledge of the local area is second to none. There are very few honest, engaging and outgoing real estate agents in Sydney and Melinda is definitely one of them! She made the experience of buying our first home incredibly memorable. Thanks Melinda for your great help!
Business response:
Thank you Marcus for letting me part of this exciting milestone for you both! It was my pleasure to have worked with you! I look forward to meeting you soon; please call me anytime in the meantime if you have any questions!
Melinda has excellent knowledge of market and great network of buyers. She managed to sell the property off market at a private pre-sale inspection. We are very happy with the price and are impressed by the professional service she provided to us.
My partner and I had the wonderful privilege of having Melinda as our real estate agent. Melinda was very prompt and professional with responding to all our questions and concerns, especially with her extensive knowledge of the current market. She was very understanding of our needs and very helpful throughout the entire process starting from the inspections up until settlement, particularly for us as first home buyers. We would definitely recommend Melinda as a real estate agent to others.
Incredible service and wonderful human being. Really helped me get my first as well as dream property with constant support through out the process. A very transparent, honest, and hardworking agent. I recommend Melinda to everyone!
Melinda knows the suburb very well. She is approachable and helps to answer all our questions. She is truly a five star agent. Great to have her as our agent!
I contacted Melinda wanting to sell after seeing her results for my neighbours'. Melinda was upfront about the changing market but I contacted her again to give it a go, otherwise I'd keep renting it out if the right price was not achieved. Melinda acted swiftly and I most appreciate her text messages and emails when she couldn't reach me on the phone. Melinda was personable, and very vested in getting me the best results! This she did in just over a week, just before my wedding -- sweet relief!
