We always thought selling a house would be a cumbersome process. In the past we had a bad experience with one RE agent that made us become more selective in choosing our RE agent now. With Melinda, the experience was no pain, less stress, very easy and was well guided with fat $$$ with lots extra. It was a very short process and to be honest we were thinking probably we going to get buyer that would suit our price in 1-2 months but she has done it within 10-12 hours after the 1st open day.
