RecommendedLiz, Dirk and Tegan take time to reassure pets and explain what they are doing to owners. I felt reassured that they had the skills and knowledge to treat Bailey and keep her calm through the process. At other veterinary practices she starts quivering before she gets past the door. Highly recommend.
