Dr Liz runs a very professional team, I felt Pip was in the very best hands. When I picked Pip up after her procedure Dirk was on hand to explain after surgery care. The atmosphere in the clinic is a very relaxed and happy one.

Very good, Liz explained everything, took her time and was very thorough. The cat was impressed too with the tin of cat food to distract, while checking out her skin, the cat loved it 😊

Our dog has just been diagnosed with diabetes. Liz has been so helpful and caring in having to deal with this change to our dog’s life and ours. She is always very considerate of how our dog feels at the vet and always puts him first. Dirk and the rest of the staff are always helpful and we always recommend Russell Vale Vet to new people in our area.

Liz is always knowledgeable, caring and helpful. It is amazingly good that Liz will answer questions about our cat by email without us having to come in (we live 50 minutes away) or having to pay. You can tell that Liz really cares about her ‘patients’. We are very happy to have Liz as our vet.
