Dr Liz and Dirk are kind, professional, provide excellent education and advice and most importantly my senior dog loves them. Affordable care. Clear advice. Very gentle with my dog.

The care provided before, during and after surgery was very reassuring for us as our dog is very anxious. Sedation done in a very calm environment with me there to provide a familiar face and cuddle. After care given a lot of written and verbal advice making for a clear understanding of how to provide comfort afterwards.

We love the team at Russell Vale Animal Clinic. Dr Liz is always up to date with the latest treatments and she looks after our dog in a professional and caring manner. Communication with the clinic is excellent and we are provided with friendly and timely reminders of treatments when they are due. All procedures and the costs involved are explained before the event and follow up care is excellent. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you Dr Liz, Dirk & the lovely team for taking such amazing care of our girl for her recent dental procedure. Dr Liz took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and involved with the process.
