We are very confident bringing our dog here and have been now for 5 years. He always gets excited as soon as we hit the car park and even through vaccinations, neutering and another day procedure he remains happy to enter the door. All staff are easy to speak with, full of knowledge and you can tell they love all animals.

Lola got the best of attention & care. Was as if she was the best & only dog to be seen. I wished for a smaller vet clinic & had been recommended the Russell Vale Vet Clinic, as I'd been enquiring as to where to take Lola, being a new patient. Transparency throughout journey, pricing, communication throughout journey, honesty and above all professional with genuine empathy.Showed a human and sensitive touch throughout a very emotionally experience. Felt we had trust and understanding.Always available to give advice and feedback after consultation without feeling added costs will be added. In short, this was the first Vet experience that demonstrated compassion, love and care to our fur- friends.

Dr Liz and Dirk are kind, professional, provide excellent education and advice and most importantly my senior dog loves them. Affordable care. Clear advice. Very gentle with my dog.
