My dog has been going to Russell Vale vet clinic since she was 8 weeks old. She looks forward to going and regards Liz and staff as part of her circle of significant others. The service provided has always been exceptional, information and explanations useful and referrals appropriate and my dog said the treats are good too! Milly and my experiences at Russell Vale Animal Clinic are always excellent. Milly puppy is always so excitable and noisy but everyone is so kind and patient with her and me.I am very happy with the kind and caring treatment Milly receives.

We are very confident bringing our dog here and have been now for 5 years. He always gets excited as soon as we hit the car park and even through vaccinations, neutering and another day procedure he remains happy to enter the door. All staff are easy to speak with, full of knowledge and you can tell they love all animals.

Lola got the best of attention & care. Was as if she was the best & only dog to be seen. I wished for a smaller vet clinic & had been recommended the Russell Vale Vet Clinic, as I'd been enquiring as to where to take Lola, being a new patient. I'm so very happy as she was welcomed so kindly, as were other animals I observed coming or going. I can now recommend them as well & will be forever grateful. Thank you.

Transparency throughout journey, pricing, communication throughout journey, honesty and above all professional with genuine empathy.Showed a human and sensitive touch throughout a very emotionally experience. Felt we had trust and understanding.Always available to give advice and feedback after consultation without feeling added costs will be added. In short, this was the first Vet experience that demonstrated compassion, love and care to our fur- friends.
