Transparency throughout journey, pricing, communication throughout journey, honesty and above all professional with genuine empathy.Showed a human and sensitive touch throughout a very emotionally experience. Felt we had trust and understanding.Always available to give advice and feedback after consultation without feeling added costs will be added. In short, this was the first Vet experience that demonstrated compassion, love and care to our fur- friends.

Such a great little intimate vet. Dr Liz abs her team know each animal personally and have assisted with my two “fur babies’ for the past 10 years from annual check ups, to emergency visits. Their caring, personalised approach means so much to my family as they help us look after our loved pups

The care provided before, during and after surgery was very reassuring for us as our dog is very anxious. Sedation done in a very calm environment with me there to provide a familiar face and cuddle. After care given a lot of written and verbal advice making for a clear understanding of how to provide comfort afterwards.
