Very knowledgeable and professional
Visited the team there for the first time on 21st Sept 2023 with our little Maltese Millie. They were so fantastic with her and explaining to us. Definitely worth the drive from Thirlmere to their clinic. 5 stars from us and Millie.
Once again Liz & Dirk go above and beyond. Even though they had just closed the clinic, they didn’t hesitate to look after my seriously ill border collie “Bonnie”……..they are simply the best and the most caring vets you will ever come across. Thank you! YNWA Shaun

Liz and the team always look after our pets so well and you can tell they really love and care about the animals they work with. I wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else!
Dr Liz always takes excellent care of my three dogs and two cats. She explains everything in great detail and emails me results and extra Information. I highly recommend her!
Wonderful surgery. I work in human medicine, and discharge letters are more comprehensive from Liz than I have seen from human doctors. Liz is so caring and wonderful with the animals.
Our poodle loves going to see Liz and Dirk at Russell Vale animal clinic. Liz and Dirk really do care about your animals and it shows. They will never do any unnecessary tests and are very reasonable with pricing... it's always a good experience and we have never had any problems in the 12 years we have been going there, they are very helpful and Liz is an excellent vet....
Liz is the best Vet I have ever been to. Reasonably priced and your pet is her priority. She always manages to squeeze you in when needed and you can tell she really cares. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. No unnecessary tests - only what is required and what is best for your pet. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
