Thank you Dr Liz, Dirk & the lovely team for taking such amazing care of our girl for her recent dental procedure. Dr Liz took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and involved with the process. Our baby girl had to have some procedures and a big thank you to Liz . Not only did u explain the whole procedure and what pup had but you were so empathetic and this meant alot. You can truly see why your a vet. We were going to another big well known vet but won't be returning due to lack of information and redicolus pricing. We were recommended Liz at Russell vale as still not too familiar with the good local businesses but we will now definitely keep bringing our fur baby to Liz. Friendly. Approachable. Advise me about free 6 months dental checks - - this is great service being offered . I was impressed how Billy's little skin lesion was being monitored on the computer
