Reduce Home loans was easy to deal with, I was able to prepare all documents at home and submitted via email, talk about convenience and Leon responded quickly if we had questions. I had heard some complaints about delays processing applications but from my experience it was quick as we submitted all required documents as requested on the first occasion. Thanks

I had a lot of questions when I was deciding who to refinance with and Bryce was fantastic. He had excellent product knowledge and answered all of my questions thoroughly. RecommendedThe interest rate is very competitive. Their customer's response is very fast. However, the process took longer than what I expected, and we had to delay our settlement 1 days. Before the settlement, the rate reduced to 2.99%. We were told that the new rate will be passed to us by 15th of Aug but up to today date (08 Sept) we still haven't got the new rate. We contacted the customer care numerous of times and the response we got is they are working on it and the lender haven't approve and they have escalated the queries. It ... read more
RecommendedVery good overall experience. Everything was done online which suits me down to the ground. There was always someone to call if I got stuck on something and they were easy to contact. The interest rate was the best in the market so I've saved thousands by refinancing. My only regret is I didn't go with reduce home loans sooner.
