Jacob was in regular contact to make sure everything was going smoothly and if we needed any help in general. He made the entire process easy and substantially less stressful towards my fiancé and I’s purchase of our first property Thank you Jacob for your honest, efficient and caring attitude. Would highly recommend to everyone!
Jacob showed a level of dedication which is rare today. He was very friendly, honest and hard working to deliver the best possible result. Highly recommend to my family and anyone looking to sell with Jacob
Jacob communicated with us directly and in a timely manner, always ensuring to address our questions. He was excellent to deal with and welcoming to the Open for Inspections that we attended and forthcoming with relevant information about the property. Jacob and his agency have been excellent to work with and we would use them again in the future.
Pride, professional and understanding is how I can describe Jacob. He managed to sell my property in 3 weeks off market. He showed skill and a unwavering commitment to getting the outcome we were hoping for! Highly recommend!
Always responsive and working hard to deliver the best results. Jacobs strong experience has shown throughout the campaign.
He was knowledgeable about the area and could give me good advice regarding marketing and the general presentation of the house to get the best result. I also found Jacob always accessible and kept me up to date with what was going on.
Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the purchase of my dream home. Absolute gentleman and would recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much!!
Outstanding dedication and service. Jacob was fantastic. His knowledge, dedication and engagement to his profession was exactly what, as a vendor, you could only dream for from an agent. He was on the pulse with market movements and able to advantageously position the marketing of the property in a time of severe market uncertainty. Jacob listened, was incredibly human (in a great way) and was always upbeat and welcoming. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone, vendor or purchaser.
Jacob went above and beyond in helping us buy our first home. He was always easily contactable and responsive, and helped answer our many questions along the way about the property. There was a personal touch from the company that I think is often absent from some of the large real estate chains.
