I am a first home buyer. I have applied for a total of three extended cooldown periods. Alex helped me negotiate my application with Vendor. Alex can help me solve the problems every time. Without Alex, I don’t think I can purchase this property with matched market price. I wish Alex will be my next property sales agent. Much appreciated Alex.
Met Alex during the unit inspection. Found Alex to be very professional and helpful. Alex is prompt to messages. Know his property well. Had no delay in getting contract and other documents. Alex is also friendly and helpful. Professional and helpful.
Mario was fantastic from the beginning when we attended general inspections and was helpful in answering all of our questions. Mario was also great and very responsive for follow up inspections and great in communicating by sms. He was monumental on auction day and felt genuinely supported by him throughout the auction. I feel both Mario and his wife were fantastic communicators and genuinely descent and nice people. I wish them the best in the business where I believe they will go far.
Highly͏ commended and recommended! Mario and Jess were the epitome of professionalism: respectful, responsive and knowledgeable in all their communications. They worked very hard to obtain the best offer they could in this current market. I am very grateful for their support and perseverance, and would readily seek out their help and advice again in future.
Both Mario and Jess did an outstanding Job in selling our unit in Liechhardt. They were great commicators, honest, hard working and came up with a great result for us as we sold prior to the scheduled auction, I would highly recommend them to anyOne look to sell their property.
Jacob was very professional and helpful with the purchase of my new home. He was responsive to queries, good follow up and was not too pushy.
I found Jacob to be very professional and helpful. Always follow up and responsive to queries and not too pushy.
Mario, Jess and the Ray White Drummoyne Team are diligent, thorough and professional. From my first interactions with Mario, he treated me with respect and honesty that gained my trust. I spoke about the things that were important to me and he did everything to help. Mario would go above and beyond to assist, and his communication always remained open throughout the process. I found I had the exact same experience with Jess right through to the auction date. Could not recommend highly enough.
We definitely made the right choice when we chose Mario to sell our property. He was upfront from the start and kept us informed and guided us throughout the entire auction process. The campaign process went smoothly and Mario successfully secured a sale before auction day. If you want an agent who is funny, loves his job, knowledgeable, honest and professional, as well as successfully negotiate a purchase and get your sale across the line, then Mario and his team will go all out for you.
