Jessica was most professional and helpful. We would not have made the purchase had Jessica not gone above and beyond what is required in arranging a last minute pre auction inspection for us. Jessica was also incredibly responsive to our queries often turning things around within hour. She was very thoughtful and did everything she can to ensure a smooth settlement despite small hiccups along the way. I have encountered many real estate agents, she is definitely one of the most genuine.
We are buying this property and Michael has been very a very professional and pleasant real estate agent to deal with. He always answers his phone promptly or if can’t be reached, he will always get back ASAP if you leave a message with him. Michael has gone the extra effort in making sure everything does go smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone who are looking to sell their property to use Michael. He is one of the few real estate agent that I feel who is more transparent.
