I found Jacob to provide fantastic service and great negotiating skill, thanks for Jacob to helping me secure my new family home
You are in good hands with Jacob & Tarun, they have made all the journey from the listing the house and the entire process of sale of the property incredibly easy. Thank you and all the best for your prosperous future.
Alex was very prompt and very knowledgeable. Assisted in everything that was needed.
Really good knowledge, and everything always to a high standard. Highly recommend.
Jacob was great support through the sale process. He really helped reduce my stress through this process. He also had my interests top of his mind. I felt like he truly worked to my best interest. His reputation with the Cabarita area is strong and his knowledge of the local market and specifically the benefits of Cape Cabarita are what helped sell my home. He kept me informed, was very proactive in getting prospective buyers into the property and was always available when I called.
As purchasers, we believe he acted fairly in the negotiations between the purchasers and vendor and consequently we will be using him and his team for the sale of our property. After the sale, Jacob has continued to provide assistance to make the purchase process as stress free as possible. Great service, easy process. We found Jacob to be honest, helpful and always willing to provide whatever assistance he could to respond to our queries or concerns. We would highly recommend Jacob and his team
