Nice experience
Great communication, met all my requests
Phong is easy to deal with and provides exceptional customer service. I can count on him for the sell. Will definitely reengage him when I’m selling my next house!
Business response:
Yan the man! Thank you for your loyalty and kind words. Appreciate the patience and I am glad we've been able to get a job 'well done' for you! Cheers
Lucky I did some research myself because all the other agents were telling me my place was worth heaps more and I knew they were full of it. Then I met Trish. I absolutely appreciated her honesty from the start. Explained everything in detail and I knew there and then she was the agent of choice. I knew what was happening at all times, her communication was amazing. Then came the auction day and Trish assured me the team had by back. They sure did. It was unbelievable to watch. Thank you!
Our experience dealing with Phong was amazing ,he took the anxiety out of finding and purchasing a house .Phong is a down to earth , professional gentleman who really knows his field. If we could give more than 5 stars we would , highly recommend seeking him out if anyone needs a top agent who is way ahead of most .
Business response:
George, I am super happy for you and your family, you guys deserve all the happiness and joy and I wish you all, the very best in your new chapter! God bless
Shayla went absolutely above me and beyond for us. From helping my partner and I to now helping our little sister purchasing her first home. She helped us with an inspection and got us the good news within the same day. Through it all she was patient, understanding and helpful with her experience and professionalism. Our family are so grateful and cannot thank her enough! A returning client 6 years and counting.. Thank you so much Shayla! x
This chick will have your back no matter what. Not just an agent....a person that truly cares and makes sure no stone is unturned. And OMG....what an auctioneer. No wonder why media follow her around the area. Couldn't be happier. Thanks heaps Trish.
After getting run around by other real estate agents I had the pleasure of working along side Shayla Spiteri while looking for my dream home. Everything went smoothly and when I came to looking for houses even going out of her way to show me houses that weren’t on the market when times got tough. I really appreciate everything she has done to make the purchase of my dream home come fruition. If anyone is looking for there first home I highly recommend Shayla,Trish and John
Business response:
Thank you so much Matt & congratulations again!
Before I had the pleasure of working with Trish in trying to find my dream home.I had been dealing with other real estate agents and they were to be polite absolutely rubbish. Wouldn’t follow through with offers, would purposely show me houses that were way out of my price range or houses that would be better off demolished. All they cared about was their bottom line. That all changed when I had the pleasure of meeting Trish. I HIGHLY recommend working with this lovely lady you won’t regret it
