Brandice was very approachable right from the very beginning. She explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions and also arranged a special meeting with us a day before the auction to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. On top of that having her support throughout the process as she was bidding on our behalf made the whole process a lot easier. She is a genuine and brilliant agent who took great care of us. Thank you!!
