I wish I could say I had a great experience with Adrian, but he didn’t excel the second time around. Communication with Adrian and the office wasn’t great, open/auction signage was always positioned in the not so busy side of the street, I was told how much my house was worth and then told to lower the price just to bring people through, that did nothing and I felt as though Adrian didn’t really push for the sale nor try to bring people through the door.
I had the pleasure of working with Nick during the auction process of purchasing my new home, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and expertise. Nick guided me through the entire auction process, explaining each step in detail and ensuring that I felt confident and informed throughout. Nick's knowledge of the auction process was evident from the start, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. He took the time to answer all of my questions. His service is 5/5.
Brandice is a excellent in her role, she and her colleagues ensure we are kept informed at every step of the sale process. I couldn’t recommend her and Steph as a sales team enough.
