Shayla was very understanding to my needs and was extremely reliable in following up on information requests. She was both patient and respectful and was very easy to work with. I am happy she was on my sales team. Thank you Shayla for adding some heart into a business transaction, and for acknowledging my emotional connection to the property. It helped me to let it go knowing it was in good hands. It is very clear the staff at Ray White Craigieburn work well as a team.
Trish was extremely sensitive to my situation and kept me informed throughout the whole process. No question too trivial. Trish is an excellent auctioneer and has been both reliable and supportive in the post sale process. Trish gave me the time I needed to express my concerns and needs. I had full confidence in her ability to not only sell my property at an agreed price but to also look after the buyer.
Phong was super helpful with our first home purchase! He provided us with all the necessary and useful information for us to go ahead and made the entire process run smoothly! Thank you for all your help Phong!
Business response:
Congratulations on the purchase Afra & Emre, wishing you both all the very best in your new home!
It was a wonderful experience working with Brandice! She was really professional and amazing to work with. Whenever we had any questions, she would communicate to us immediately and gave us advices on various things. The whole process was great and would love to work with Brandice again in the future. Thank you for everything
A huge thank you to Brandice she is one professional supportive agent, Super helpful and friendly. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling.
Ray white and nick is amazing. The professionalism and communication and transparency. Everything about nick and the team is amazing. Would recommend
Nick and the team at ray white went above and beyond. Nick got in touch with us a couple years before selling. He went above and beyond for us and we wish we could give him a 10/10
My parents purchased their property with Shayla and she has been wonderful the whole way through! We were having trouble with working the heater and alarm system after we moved in and she spent hours with us going through everything in the house. She is very caring and you can see that in the way she treats you and shows that she truely cares. If you want an agent that actual cares for you call Shayla!
We purchased our home off Shayla & we could not be happier with her service. She is amazing at what she does and ensures that you have a smooth process moving into the house. 10/10 would reccomend selling or buying with Shayla. Thank you so much for your help.
