Josh has a great understanding of the market in this area and he was able to achieve what we believe was the best possible result during very challenging times despite it was below the price range we initially set. It was evident that inquiries were being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, however he was able to close the sale with the only interested purchaser around at that time.
Debbie was fantastic to deal with from the day we meet. She was informative and guided us to achieve an excellent price for our home in a very short time. Debbie is an expert in the local market and we felt very comfortable with following all of her recommendations. A definite team player who really worked hard for us.

Aaron was very professional and assisted my sisters, niece and I with understanding the value of the property market especially with the onset of CoVid 19. On the day of sale (which happened to be a Public Holiday) and five days before Auction Day, with only 2 buyers interested, Aaron tirelessly went back and forth between the two buyers and cemented an extra $30,000 above the price which we believed would only be achieved.
