Very friendly. Great advice. Always on call. Happy to answer all questions. Great real estate agent. Highly recommended.
Maddison worked very hard to find us the exact type of property we were after in these high demand times. Maddison also kept us aware of other properties with potential that were not 100% what we were after but that would do the job nicely. These were both cheaper and dearer than our target price range, so it was nice not to get a constant barrage of up selling. Her cheerful persona and straight up communication style made her awesome to deal with. Highly recommended. Buy with this agent!
Business response:
Thank you so much for the kind review! I'm so glad we were able to finally find your family a home :)!! It was a long wait but definitely worth it. Looking forward to settlement!
Josh was fantastic, his communication and local knowledge was especially outstanding. He has a very friendly nature and showed genuine interest with respect to our circumstances. I would highly recommend his expertise.
Joshua was always prompt and went out of his way for us to have a private inspection. Once we submitted an offer for the property, he had an answer for us later that day. We had the keys to the property within an hour of settlement going through. Highly recommend Joshua and thank you once again.
Aaron was very knowledgeable and patient after the auction as we attempted to access funds to pay the deposit.
I couldn't recommend Josh more highly. Josh was always a pleasure to deal with. He was always available to deal with my multiple questions and he saw the transaction through from offer to settlement, without a hitch. He also went above and beyond at time of settlement to ensure that I was happy with an issue that popped up! Thanks for the smooth transaction Josh. I couldn't be happier my my new house :)
The most professional, warm and friendly real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Josh you made our experience that bit more enjoyable and always updated us with what was happening quickly. Will definitely consider you if we ever sell.
I would highly recommend Josh to sell your property! His communication is excellent, you know exactly what is happening at all times. Josh sold our home extremely quickly and we achieved the price we wanted. Professional service.
Great agent - straight forward and clear. Great result.
