The recent sale of my parents home was expertly executed by Aaron and his team who had an exceptional understanding of the market and their expectations of the value of the property. Josh is my favourite pick real estate agent in the local Macedon ranges shire. I selected him to sell our family home as I’d heard on the grapevine of his success with selling properties in the area. His enthusiasm and positive attitude really help keep the whole process running smoothly. The biggest thing for me was that he achieved a sale price for our house that was around 10% higher than other the realtors had valued our property at. If you want to sell your house, don’t choose anyone else.
