A whirlwind I expected and a whirlwind I got. Absolutely AMAZING photos of our house sold within no time at all. Didn't even get to the weekend. While waiting for the stickers to hit our board I notice another sign with Josh's name on it. Next thing you know I'm under contract to buy. Josh had to do a bit of swift negotiating to get it across the line but I am so pleased with how everything has fallen into place. Glad things are going my way allowing my family to move forward.
