1. Personal service on the phone inquiry - a real person not talking to an IVR. 2. Listened to the issue and promptly looked at availability of staff, arranged for someone to visit. 3. Arrived on time and was friendly and helpful, issue was fixed. I don't know who was on the phone going to guess Bernie Gray
