Platinum were prompt & professional. Office communicated with me. Turned up when they said they would. Neat & tidy work, & cleaned up afterwards. Explained what they were going to do. Michael came up with a good idea to put in a vent & sourced a replacement hand basin. Good price for all the work they did as well as the materials. Michael & Ragan both polite.
