Staff were great and took the time to make sure the works were done correctly. Went the extra mile and pointed out maintenance items for consideration (but not in a way as to be seen as just an opportunity to charging more)
Your two plumbers were exceptional young men who did a brilliant job and where so informative on what they were doing. I don't recall their names but just can't thank them enough.
