I could not be happier with my experience with Platinum Plumbing. The staff were so helpful, quick to respond and even provided a temporary hot water system while waiting for the new one to arrived. Will definitely recommend.

It was okay but incredibly expensive. I thought it would be around $150 and it turned out to be $368.50. The guy that did the work was a nice and pleasant person but he spent a large amount of time, probably 30 minutes, down at the car waiting to get parts from a colleague or work mate. That was disappointing given they knew what was involved in the first place and $40 just for a seal seems too much as that was all that was replaced. Also i got the bill two days after the work was done and i was told i had to pay it on the s... read more
Very quick and easy to arrange a time for the work to be done. Shane turned up on time and carried out the work efficiently and made sure everything was left in a very clean and tidy way. Am very pleased with the result and will certainly continue to use and recommend Platinum Plumbing.
