5 of out 5 stars for Josie, From the moment I first met Josie to the end of settlement, she went above and beyond anything I expected, The confidence I had in her ability to market and sell my house was exceptional, Communication was amazing and her professional advice and knowledge was outstanding, if I ever buy or sell in the region again I would use Josie without question. Josie was honest and trustworthy, Highly Recommended if your selling or buying
I found Darren's reading of the current market to be spot on and his professional guidance invaluable. He certainly helped me achieve a great price. His pleasant manner made the process of selling less formidable. Many thanks, Darren.

Josie has excellent knowledge of the market and developed a strategy which appealed to many potential purchasers. She showed great care and attention to all aspects of selling process. Her strong negotiating skills achieved a exceptional price. Her communication skills are excellent and she takes time to give effecive feedback. Josie is very professional but with a personal approach which gives you confidence that you can trust her. I would highly recommend her as an excellent agent.
These guys are what all real estate agents should be like! We purchased an investment property through PH and every conversation we had was very honest and realistic. I inspected the property with Brad and it was a genuine conversation about the house. No fake real estate hype jargon or trying to pretend the house was something different to better meet my needs. There were also no pushy fake urgent time frames put in place to try and get me to put in an offer. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
Business response:
Thanks heaps for your review Damian. It is really appreciated and we thank again for your ongoing management of the property. It is a superb location and the property will do really well there over time!
