It was second time having a business with Darren as I first bought a property from Darren back in 2020 and now sold out the same property. I must say it was my best decision to trust on Darren to sold my property because he is highly professional, keep me up-to-date for every stage of the process and answered my queries on time. I highly recommend Darren Waters from PH Property.
Business response:
Thankyou very much for taking the time to write a review, Sajjad. It was a pleasure doing business with you again. It is very much appreciated. Wishing you and the family all the best for the future.
Darren was prompt to respond to messages. He was flexible with meeting times and was patient when we inspected.

Thanks for the review Veronica. You have been very easy going and great to work with. I wish you all the very best with the new home.
We had no hesitation in engaging Josie to market a family property knowing her professionalism and expertise in the industry for so many years. Josie was able to establish genuine expressions of interest before the first open for inspection day through her networking and marketing skills, hence offers and a sale on the first open day. Thank you, Josie, for achieving the optimum result for us and the purchaser whom you had previous experience with marketing a family property for their family.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words Dean. It was an absolute pleasure and a gorgeous property to sell.
Darren was great to purchase through. He communicated well and really provided a great end to end service. A top genuine agent who goes the extra mile!

Josie was warm and reassuring from our first interaction. As first home buyers we had a lot of questions and appreciated Josie’s quick responses and relaxed approach while very efficiently finding and providing us with answers. Josie was really personable, and it felt as though she really cared about us and the whole process.

It was such a pleasure Beccy. And what a sweet discovery to find that I am ‘part of the family’ after having sold your mum and dad their new home last year. I warmly wish you and Shannon many happy years in your new home 🏡
Darren recently sold my home in maiden gulley, he was very professional to deal with and kept me up to date with everything the whole time. Would highly recommend Darren in the future!

A big thank-you to Tim & Marley on the sale of our house! Sale above the asking range was achieved which exceeded our expectations. Also we appreciate the care and understanding with our elderly tenant, even finding a new rental in a tight market! Thanks again for your professionalism and hard work.
