Brad came prepared with details of many recent sales in the area and gave us a good starting point in arriving at the sale price. He kept us informed of all of the proposed marketing campaign and gave great advice on how to best present the property. He then sold the property on the 1st open for inspection, and kept us informed during the contract signing period . Great work Brad
Business response:

Darren was great to work with. We were out of state for the duration of the sale and all communication was by email or phone, a challenge but Darren is a pro and made it easy for us
Business response:
Thanks very much for the review, Chris. It's been a pleasure dealing with you both throughout the sale. I hope you enjoy the next phase of your lives. Bridgewater is a great town. All the best for the future.
We recently purchased a house and land through Brad Hinton at PH Property. Brad and his team were excellent to deal with and were very helpful during a tricky sale process. Nothing was too difficult. Brad’s professionalism and friendly down to earth nature, made the whole process so much easier. We would highly recommend Brad and PH Property for your Real Estate needs.

Tim and Marley were amazing to work with whilst purchasing our first home. They made the whole process so straight forward for us. We valued their fantastic communication, promptness and attention to detail. We never felt pressured by Tim and commend his professionalism. He and Marley make a great team, and are truely amazing at what they do!
Tim was very professional but also really friendly and helpful throughout the process of selling a property. I had complete faith in him from the beginning and he never let me down. Tim keeps in touch through all stages of the process and offers great advice when needed. You couldn't put you property in better hands.
Excellent prompt service, nothing was too much trouble

Tim and Marley from PH Property were a true “Breath of Fresh Air”, to work with during the sale of my property. Their commitment to taking care of me during what is known as one of life’s stressful situations was above and beyond. I felt informed and involved throughout the process. These two extraordinary people were not only my real estate agents but proved that there is still a strong personable presence in this industry. Thank God!
