She's the best realtor with a great team around her! It was a real pleasure working with Josie. We met with Josie and explained our requirements. She was extremely patient and let us know what will be the process. She has taken care of everything including organizing a photographer at our house and coordinating the open house, and within less than a week, we had offers way over our asking price. Best decision we have ever made was to get Josie to be our agent.
