Josie was so easy to work with, amazing communication and really put in the hard work to ensure we got the property we desired. This is a woman who knows how to get the job done! We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us - and for her emotional support as well.
Business response:
What a pleasure to help you and your beautiful family through to the next phase of your life. Wishing you happy memories in your new home 🏠
Fabulous to work with for the purchase of our first property. Darren and Molly made the process easy and quickly responded to all of our queries. Would highly recommend.
Business response:
Thankyou very much for the review Danielle. It is greatly appreciated. You and Josh have both been awesome to work with for the purchase of your first home. Molly and I wish you both all the best for the future.
Josie's sold two properties for us in the last few years. I believe in both sales, the vendor and purchasers have been very happy with the outcomes of the sales process. Every aspect of the sale process is meticulously planned and executed. She is honest and transparent. She acts in the best interests of both the vendor and purchaser throughout the sales/settlement process. She is patient, ensuring that everything is right before taking the property to market. She doesn’t look for a quick sale.
Business response:
Such a privilege to have you both entrust your spectacular property to me. A true highlight in my career to date. Thank you 🙏
Darren helped us buy our first home and we couldnt be more thankful. We were impressed by the professionalism of Darren and Molly and the knowledge they had of the area/house. Darren always made sure we were the first to know of any updates and was always happy to help us achieve our goal of owning our first home. We will forever grateful!
Business response:
Thanks for the review Maddi. Yourself and Tim have been fantastic to work with. Myself and Molly wish you all the very best with your first home.
Darren was very helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Business response:
Thanks for the review Bron. You have been fantastic to work with. I wish you all the very best for the future.
We had our rental managed by PH PROPERTY for 10 years. We were looked after well. We decided to sell recently in an awkward pre Christmas time. Advice from Brad and Sean was on point with us. Communication clear and accurate. Sale occurred super quickly, accurately in a short time frame. Congratulations to Brad and Sean for performing the sale excellently for my wife and I. Thanks also to all previous PH PROPERTY staff who have always been great to us. Highly Recommended!!!!!
Business response:
Thanks so much Craig. You and Tanya have been equally wonderful and supportive of our business and we cannot thank you enough for that. Best of luck with your future endeavours. Brad
Josie was phenomenal with the whole process from start to finish. She presented us with many different options, and was very meticulous with what she showed us. Thoroughly enjoyed having such close contact with Josie as she was very welcoming and helpful. I will only be using Josie moving forward, the property we purchased was everything I have envisioned and more! Thank you
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was an absolute pleasure to bring this dream property to you. You’ve been wonderful to work with 🌸
Our experience with Tim Rooke was exceptional. He maintained excellent communication throughout, and his extensive knowledge of the area ensured a quick sale of our house. Incredibly helpful and efficient, Tim and his assistant Naomi made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend them for a professional and stress-free selling experience!
Josie recently sold our family home of many years. She was always professional but also supportive and caring in guiding us through the process. Josie is a great communicator, keeping us informed at every step and always available to answer the many questions. Thanks Josie
Business response:
