I took my son to see Steph for advice. He is a competitive swimmer and experiencing fatigue. Steph was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with practical, simple ideas and choices to ensure my son is fuelled properly during intensive training. Steph is also very personable and easy to talk to, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
