I have worked with Steph on a couple of occasions now whilst working towards ultra marathons. I have found Steph very easy to communicate with and the advice has been practical and easy to follow. The food plan has included my favorite foods and I definitely don't feel restricted. Highly recommend Perform Dietetics for everyday and performance nutrition.
