Steph was fantastic. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable about appropriate fuelling around athletic performance she is also super sensitive to psychological issues around food. She not only equipped me with a nutrition plan to support my training load she was very aware of my past eating issues and super mindful not to create and triggers around disordered eating.
