Steph at Perform Dietetics is amazing! I’ve been seeing her since 2018 and I’ve always had amazing results. Fine tuning my diet and exercise with her has helped me complete my first ultra marathon and get a PB in the Noosa Tri. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to lose weight, keep it off and perform at their best!
