David was professional, reliable and would answer any question I had for him.
David was honest and trustworthy in his approach to marketing and selling the property, and negotiated the successful sale with diplomacy and integrity.
Very good
Maria & I were extremely happy with the service & price achieved by David for the sale of our duplex half in Shoalwater. David always had open lines of communication with us and would recommend anyone wishing to sell their property to use David... he was outstanding to deal with! Phil & Maria Cutt
David was very responsive and prepared with required documents and able to answer questions that we had about the property. The process went smoothly and he definitely seemed much more experienced than other agents that we had dealt with previously which alleviated some of the stress and nerves involved. I would be happy to deal with David again.
I had a couple of other Real Estate agents appraise my property. But when Julie came out to the property, I knew she was the only one to list with. Julie went above and beyond. She sold the house in four days, and achieved a sale price above listing. She kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommended Julie to anyone who wants to sell their property. 10/10 service. Thank you so much.
Despite a hiccup with the first potential buyer Julie communicated through the whole process, ensuring i was aware of exactly what was going on. I was also away for a significant amount of time but Julie made it easy to finalise the sale and the associated paperwork.
It was really refreshing having a real estate agent that cared and worked as hard as Julie. Julie went above and beyond for us through the process of selling our mum's property. Her personalized service was amazing and we knew mum was in great hands through the entire process. She kept us fully informed at all times liaising with not only our mum but all of us. Cannot recommend Julie high enough. Personalised service from start to finish. Thank you Julie Pym
I felt Julie done her research to a high standard on a area that wasn’t yet established for sale. Julie acted professional throughout my sale and was easy too talk to and contact at short notice even outside office hours. I will continue to seek Julie’s professional help on my next purchase/sale of a property. I Couldn’t be more happy with Julie’s professional guidance and would not hesitate to recommend Julie’s expertise.
