We went to many home opens to find an agent who showed interest in and had knowledge of the property they were selling. Julie was the only agent in the area that we came across who displayed both interest and knowledge. Her attention to detail was exceptional from the house presentation for the photographs, the video and the write up for the website. Hence, Julie had an offer in two days above asking. We would recommend her services to anyone wishing to sell.
David was professional in all aspects in selling our property. His communication was always prompt, concise, informative and reassuring of the processes towards effecting a favourable outcome. We highly recommend David as a capable, professional, ethical and experienced sales person.
I had the pleasure of dealing with David through a house he was selling, David was very professional reliable and honest in his work, and worked hard with me to get through a complex situation. I look forward to working with him again and I highly recommend his services.
I was very impressed by the manner in which David seamlessly processed all facets of my purchase even though we had time constraints due to me living interstate. He answered any queries that I had in a professional and timely manner and made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been. I found him to be professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He is definitely an asset to your company.
Very knowledgable of property and market comparisons Friendly, respectful and professional in business conduct
Julie not only understands the real estate market really well, but she also understands people, and this is what makes her a stand-out agent. Selling a much loved home is a very emotional process for the owners and Julie is sympathetic to this. She made the whole process seamless and kept us informed all the way. She managed to sell the house more quickly than we expected for a price that well exceeded our expectations. This was due to her hard work, diligence and enthusiasm. Highly recommended
First time selling a property and David made the process so easy for us. He was able to secure a sale with a great price and have contracts signed within the first day of our home being on the market, could not have asked for a better outcome. Thankyou David.
Julie brings a positive attitude and determination to achieve a great outcome . She maintains open and regular communication throughout the process - all this while I was road tripping across the country. Highly recommend .
