I had a great rapport with Julie Pym throughout the sale of my home. We are both straight talkers and I appreciated this throughout the process. There was no spin or false expectations. I provided a lot of input into how my house was to be presented and although we did disagree on a few aspects Julie was always open to compromise as was I. I don’t think my house could have been presented better as Julie took the best of her ideas and mine and moulded them into a strong campaign and quick sale.
Julie was extremely professional on the sale of our property! Read the market well at the time and gained a great price above what we thought
We had such a great experience selling our home with Julie. She achieved a sale price well above what we were expecting and we had viewings less than 2 days after listing. She was always in touch with updates, no matter the day or time, which put us at ease knowing that looking after us genuinely was her first priority. We would definitely recommend Julie to anyone looking to sell. We could not be happier with the friendly, yet very professional service she provided. Thank you again Julie
Julie was the consummate professional and made the purchase of our new apartment extremely easy without any problems. Julie also sold our investment units and ensured we were looked after throughout the whole process. We would thoroughly recommend Julie to anyone wanting to purchase or sell real estate.
Knowledge of the area and guiding us on presenting our property was very helpful.

Selling the family home was a big step, but the entire process was made so much easier with the support of a highly experienced and professional agent. Communication was always prompt and clear, and every stage felt well-managed and stress-free. There was a strong sense of trust, honesty, and understanding from the very beginning. We couldn’t be more pleased. We would confidently recommend David Lomax to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated selling agent.
