Julie's experience in real estate sales was highly valued. She was punctual, professional and collaborative leading to a great result.
Exceptional knowledge of market and trends
David is a very professional agent and was tasked with selling our property while it was tenanted. The appraisal was spot on and throughout the process he communicated instantly with updates and suggestions to move forward. There turned out to be a few issues with the property that had to be rectified before settlment, and David helped to resolve those (albeit at a non negligible cost). Overal we are very satisfied with David, he achieved a very good price and at the end that what matters.
We found David always willing to help for all parties thanks again for a smooth trasaction
David was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond with his service. Absolutely recommend him to sell your property. David worked hard to get us the best price, we couldnt be happier. We had some issues while we were away during the sale but David stepped in and ensured all went smoothly. He always kept us informed of where the sale was at.
I recently purchased a property with the assistance of David, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, including after the sale. His straightforward approach and willingness to assist at every step made the transaction stress-free. I highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy property. He’s a true professional, and I would encourage others to connect with him for any real estate purchasing.
Very professional, well informed, knowledgeable agent. Julie kept us informed every step of the way and made the selling process totally stress free. We set a tight selling deadline with a strong valuation. Julie using her knowledge of the local area, marketed our property expertly to get us an offer within the first week of listing and well above our strong valuation. Well done to Julie and the team at Peards.
From the first moment we met Julie, we knew she was the agent for us. We had already met 2 others. Her knowlege of the market was spot on. Julie was clear in her communication and she agreed with our improvement ideas to ensure value could be achieved. She made us feel it wasn't about the commission and answered every minute concern. We loved her honesty and support through the whole process. Julie went beyond our expectations. We wish her continued success. 💯 Warm Regards
David was very efficient and helpful. It is a very strong selling market currently and David managed to assess the property value and then sell the property quickly without any issues.
