Knowledgeable and experienced. Very quick in responding to enquiries.
Great communication between us the whole way through.
I would not have been able to secure my new home without the help of Andrea who was amazing throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of the area and her quick turnaround with any query made the whole process simple and enjoyable.
We recently sold our property through Andrea who went above and beyond to achieve a successful outcome. All credit to Andrea for her professional approach, keeping us in the loop at all times and for the kindness, care and attention to detail which made the whole process run as smoothly and stress-free as possible. For anyone considering marketing their property, we would highly recommend Andrea Lloyd.
Andrea was a breath of fresh air! She made the process of selling our family home as easy as possible & nothing was too much trouble. She got us a price we were happy with, within only 3wks on the market & we knew without a shadow of a doubt that she had worked hard to do so & left no stone unturned. She treated our home with respect & we never felt pressured to do anything we weren’t completely sure of. Andrea kept us well informed the whole way & we would 100% reccomend her to anyone!
Very approachable and responsive to our needs. Excellent knowledge of the current market in relation to our suburb and price bracket. Andrea worked hard to achieve the best outcome for us at all times. She was able to take us through the whole process step by step making it as clear and stress free as possible. Thanks again Andrea
Andrea is very efficient and caring to her clients wishes. She also keeps you well informed of what is going on and is on the ball
Bridget is truly amazing, she had our property under offer within an hour of being on the market and we never even made it to the first home open!! A true professional who takes care of everything for you and her ability to match the right buyers to your property is second to none. An absolute pleasure to work with.
Mick have been very helpful during the process of me buying the property in Innaloo.
