In seeking a house to buy Andrea was very helpful and accomodating in facilitating access to the house we wished to look at. Andrea was very knowledgeable about the detail of the house. She was willing to take the time to answer any questions. The communication between us, the seller, our own agent plus the settlement agent was excellent.

We were going for a set price sale. He talked us out of it, did an amazing campaign online using his men to help market it (photographers and writers) and we happily received well over $ what we imagined. He had enough staff to cater for the hoards of people that lined up outside the house and was diligent to see all prospective buyers, have a chat and collect their thoughts. He is a gentleman, honest and hard working. We wouldn’t hesitate on recommending or using him anytime in the future.
Andrea was so professional and understanding of our requirements, she explained the process and offered great advice on our questions in relation to selling our property.
