We needed someone with a proven track record and intimate knowledge of the area we were in and Julie’s knowledge of the area is second to none. Julie walked us through the process and put our minds at ease in the midst of what is typically a stressful process. Julie is the consummate professional who takes putting client first very personally. Could not be happier.
Julie has a wonderful knowledge of our area and market, so after purchasing our home from her 8 years ago, we knew she was the right person to sell it when the time came. We kept in constant contact and Julie communicated with us efficiently every step of the way. I wouldn't use any other agent for buying or selling in the Greenwood area, she is a true professional in every way.
John made the entire process as simple as possible. Always quick to respond and helpful.
John is 5 star in all aspects! Would deal with John again in no hurry!
john was knowledgable and persistant to obtain our contact details as the property wasn't listed for sale. Wouldn't have a problem recommending him to anyone else.
John was excellent, he went above and beyond for us not only in purchasing a property but also with recommending us a great broker. The whole process was seamless and john was more of a friend than agent at the end.
John was very patient and understanding very happy to have him as my agent ,Did not feel pressured at all, Being a first home buyer it was step by step but didn't feel stressed at all, John was very patient with me ,We love our house thank you ,
I have dealt with John for 10 years now once as a buyer and 3 times as a seller. John achieved the price I wanted on all 3 properties and staggering all on their first home opens! Do not consider any other agent if you are anywhere from Connolly to Clarkson!
Second to none got us the best price we could have hoped for . Always on hand to help wherever he could
