Rod had an excellent knowledge of local market prices and what we could reasonably expect to get for our property. He went above and beyond to help us sell this property. Any lesser salesman would have given up. In essence, we are so happy with Rod's service. Without him, we would have been lost in the property maze.

Our experience with this agent was disappointing. The agent prioritised the seller’s interests and did not clearly explain the implications of buying “as is.” The home was vacant and staging concealed issues. At final inspection the air-conditioning was not working, and although a technician was promised, this never happened. After settlement we faced significant unexpected repair costs. Furniture shown was later confirmed as staged, and concerns were minimised. Key handover was poorly managed.

Hi Ujjwal, I have messaged you multiple times but no response. I have text messages between you and I confirming 'as is' and the implications, you initialed the special condition clearly worded that the seller would fix three plumbing items, all other good working order clauses were waived. You also commented to me this had happened to you on a previous purchase so you were well aware what 'as is' meant. You delayed settlement and office was shut so I left keys in a lockbox at the property.
We were disappointed with our experience. The agent was not fully transparent about key property details and seemed to create pressure by mentioning “interested buyers” that we now believe were fabricated to rush our decision. We felt misled and pushed into making an offer sooner than we were comfortable with. Would not recommend based on honesty and trust.

Dealing with Katie Lawley is the worst experience with the real-estate agents, I had to spend lots of money to fix the problem after I bought the property, her words were not countable. Remember to check the contract fully no matter how many times updates and make sure all property problem being fixed before financial approval.
Entirely transactional. Sloppy with admin. Poor understanding of legal requirements to sell.
