A bed to sleep in thats it. Room size. Quality of bathrooms. Location
Business response:
Hi Mark, What a disappointing review, considering you didn't voice any of your concerns to our staff. Maybe pay the extra next time and don't stay in pub style accommodation. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rooms as well as our staff. We work hard to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay whilst on a budget.
We left early because of my wife’s skin reaction to old mattress Condition of bed mattress General Appearance Location
Business response:
Hi Colin, Thanks for staying with us and letting us know about the issues you and your wife had. All the best. Warm Regards, The Paragon Hotel

Disappointing
Bad Nothing
Disappointing Noisy Bed good. Clean room.
Business response:
Hi Gail, We do work hard on ensuring that the stay at our Hotel is comfortable, but we do make it clear that we run primarily as a pub and our accommodation is upstairs from the pub. Hence why the room was so well priced. Warm Regards, The Paragon Hotel
Disappointing
Poor Read above The door into the room hinges were loose making door difficult to close. The mattress was worn out.the sensors light outside room kept me awake going on n off. The hot water to bathroom to ages to get hot. The shower was not good.
A real mistake booking. Never again. We were allocated the worse rooms in the Hotel. Dirty shower facilities. Indifferent staff - rude. It is in Mudgee.
Business response:
Hi Anthony, We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Our staff have no recollection of your stay so it is a confusing review. None of your concerns were brought to their attention. Next time you stay at a Hotel we hope that you let the staff know if you are unhappy so they can address them at the time. Thanks ! Warm Regards, The Paragon Hotel
